Grapes: Moscato

Production area and terroir: Gerokgak, Buleleng – Bali.
The presence of marine fossils in the territory, the sun exposure and a typically volcanic soil determine in the grapes intense qualitative characters.

Soil: Volcanic, Sandy

Training system: Pergola

Type of pruning: Short pruning with 2 – 3 buds per branch and a load of 50-60 buds per each plant.

Performance per hectare: 150-200 q

Harvests: First decade of July for the first annual harvest, first decade of November for the second annual harvest. Manual harvest with careful selection of grapes.

Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel, at a temperature of 14 – 16°C
Aging in the tank for five months and then at least two months in the bottle before being marketed.

Analytical data: Alcohol 12% vol. – Total acidity 6,5 g / l – pH 3.3

Serving temperature: 7-14 C°

Organoleptic description:
Fresh and mineral wine with a pale yellow color and intense aromatic bouquet with strong notes of fruit with yellow flesh stand out banana, peach, Mango, pineapple, pear and apricot which combine floral notes (Jasmine and citrus) in the mouth savory and fresh, balanced and elegant, makes it ideal for all occasions.

Longevity: To be enjoyed within 2-3 years.

Food & Wine: Excellent as an aperitif and with light seafood dishes and vegetable. Serve in medium glasses width without flaring. Open at the moment.
