PRODUCTION AREA, TERRITORY: Gerokgak, Buleleng – Bali. Our
volcanic soil, sun exposure, wind, climate, and topography create an intense
and unique character in the grapes grown and wine produced

TYPE OF PRUNING: Short pruning with 2-3 buds per branch and a
bud load of 30-40 per plant
PERFORMANCE PER HECTARE: Malvasia Nera 70-90 q; Muscat Bleu

HARVESTS: Harvest occurs twice annually. Early July for the
first harvest and early November for the second. Grapes are hand-picked with
meticulous care to ensure optimal selection
VINIFICATION: Fermentation in stainless steel, at a
temperature of 16-18 °C. Aging in the tank for five months and then at least
three months in the bottle before being marketed
ANALYTICAL DATA: Alcohol 12,5 % vol. – Total acidity 6,5 g /
l – pH 3.3
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 9-12 °C
ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION: This wine showcases a refined
